INGREDIENTS
For the Guac
2-3 Ripe Avocados
45g Goats Cheese
1/4 Cup Peas: fresh or frozen (if frozen allow to thaw)
Zest 1 Lime
Juice 1/2 Lime
1/4 Red Onion, finely diced
Large Handful Coriander, chopped finely
Mingle’s Guac and Avo Seasoning
To Garnish
Lime Segments to garnish
Fresh Coriander
Extra sprinkle of Mingle’s Guac and Avo Seasoning
Serve with
Favourite Corn Chips for dipping
METHOD
To a large bowl add all the ingredients and mash until a thick, creamy consistency comes together.
Pour into a serving bowl, and place bowl onto a wooden board. Garnish with an extra sprinkle of Mingles Guac and Avo Seasoning, some fresh coriander and some lime segments.
Add your favourite corn chips to the board and dip away - ENJOY!
